My fascination with proteins began during my studies, particularly their structure-function relationships. I am now working in our research group while leading an independent project on enzyme kinetics and regulation, focusing on molybdenum cofactor containing plant enzymes.

In addition to my research, I am actively involved in academic service. Among other responsibilities, I serve as elected Deputy of the Gender Equality Officer  and as Deputy of the Equal Opportunities Officer of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
